How to check in
Address: 120 Hang Buom Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. It is on the 3rd floor of a building.
Go into the alley.
If the alley gate is locked (after 11pm), please find the black lockbox behind the wooden rack to get the key. Code: 1704
Go into the alley and find the stairs on the right.
Find the concrete stair on the left
Go upstairs.
If you need help with the luggage, please let me know in advance.
Find the apartment door (in the photo it's the green door but actually it's the white door).
Get the keycard from the lockbox outside the door. Code: 0120
Use the keycard to open the door and put it into the slot to active electricity.
Please only use slipper in the apartment.

Find the switch outside the bathroom to turn on the water heater.
House rules
Welcome to my home. Before you begin to relax I kindly ask that you take a moment to review a few house rules. Your safety and overall experience are my highest priorities, so let’s ensure everything runs smoothly:
1. 🔊 From 10 pm to 6 am, please keep noise levels to a minimum. a quieter atmosphere during these hours.
2. 🚽 Don't throw toilet paper or trash into the toilet.
3. 🎉 Please refrain from hosting parties. We appreciate your understanding.
4. 🔥 Smoking and open flames indoors are strictly prohibited.
5. 🔐 After 11 pm, please ensure the alley door is securely locked upon entering exiting.
6. ♻️ Kindly dispose of trash after 9 pm, or feel free to contact me assistance.
7. ❌ This property maintains a strict no-drugs no-laughing balloons, no-strangers, noets policy.
8. 🪪 I will require passport and visa photos for all guests; please, no selfies.
9. 🛵 Please utilize the designated parking service for your or vehicle.
10. 🔌 After charging your devices, kindly unplug them to maintain safety.

Note:
- If you have not yet submitted the passport and visa photos, please do so at your earliest convenience.
- Shampoo & shower cream are provided, but toothbrushes and toothpaste are not. We aim to reduce plastic waste.
- A washer and detergent are available for your use at no charge; however, you will need to hang your clothes to dry. For laundry service, please refer to the Useful map section.
